At EDPS, we continually seek ways to enhance employee well-being, and our latest Staff Wellness Day 2025 was a testament to this commitment. Centred around the theme "Vibrations of Wellness: Dive into Singing Bowl Meditation," the event provided a unique opportunity for colleagues to experience deep relaxation and mindfulness through the healing resonance of singing bowls.

The event began with an informative session on labour protection and employee benefits. This was followed by the Singing Bowl Meditation session, where participants experienced the soothing resonance of Tibetan singing bowls. The gentle vibrations and harmonic tones helped create a deeply calming atmosphere, allowing everyone to unwind, refocus, and release stress. As the session progressed, colleagues fully immersed themselves in the practice, embracing the healing power of sound therapy. The serene ambiance and rhythmic vibrations fostered a sense of inner peace, promoting both mental clarity and emotional balance.

Following the meditation, we gathered for a refreshing luncheon, where colleagues shared their experiences and reflections on the practice. The event not only provided a wellness escape from daily routines but also strengthened connections within our team.
