At EDPS, we continually seek ways to enhance employee well-being, and our latest Staff Wellness Day 2025 was a testament to this commitment. Centred around the theme "Vibrations of Wellness: Dive into Singing Bowl Meditation," the event provided a unique opportunity for colleagues to experience deep relaxation and mindfulness through the healing resonance of singing bowls.&nbsp;The event began with an informative session on labour protection and employee benefits. This was followed by the Singing Bowl Meditation session, where participants experienced the soothing resonance of Tibetan singing bowls. The gentle vibrations and harmonic tones helped create a deeply calming atmosphere, allowing everyone to unwind, refocus, and release stress. As the session progressed, colleagues fully immersed themselves in the practice, embracing the healing power of sound therapy. The serene ambiance and rhythmic vibrations fostered a sense of inner peace, promoting both mental clarity and emotional balance.&nbsp;Following the meditation, we gathered for a refreshing luncheon, where colleagues shared their experiences and reflections on the practice. The event not only provided a wellness escape from daily routines but also strengthened connections within our team.&nbsp;As we move forward, EDPS remains dedicated to creating a workplace where both mental and physical well-being thrive. This Wellness Day was not just an event—it was a step towards a more mindful and balanced work life, and we look forward to bringing more enriching experiences to our team in the future.

In March 2025, EDPS was proud to participate in the career fairs at The University of Hong Kong and City University of Hong Kong. These events provided an excellent platform for us to connect with aspiring young Information Systems/ Computer Science professionals who are eager to explore opportunities after they graduate.&nbsp;Throughout the fairs, we introduced various job opportunities and career paths through our key clients.&nbsp; We were delighted to witness the enthusiasm and curiosity of Information Systems/ Computer Science students as they learned about potential career prospects in the public sector and statutory bodies.&nbsp;The events were a great success, reinforcing our mission in nurturing future talents and bridging the gap between academia and industry. This also reinforces our principle of “Commitment to Excellence” in reaching out to potential talent to meet industry demands.

What an incredible day we had at our 5th Staff Wellness Day of 2024, embraced by the spirit of Christmas! With a fantastic turnout, it was heartwarming to see so many colleagues come together for a celebration of wellness, creativity and connection.&nbsp;The day began with an informative seminar on labour protection and employee benefits. This is followed by a delightful Christmas wreath-making workshop. Surrounded by greenery, ribbons, and ornaments, colleagues crafted their own unique wreaths in a festive atmosphere. It was amazing to see everyone’s creativity shine, and the laughter and collaboration made the experience even more special. Each wreath was a reflection of individual flair, transforming our workspace with personal and heartfelt decorations.&nbsp;&nbsp;After the workshop, we enjoyed a delicious lunch buffet that offered a variety of seasonal dishes. This meal was more than just food; it was a great opportunity for networking and socializing. Colleagues from different teams mingled, fostering connections and strengthening our sense of collaboration.&nbsp;&nbsp;One of our team members aptly put it, “This program shows that EDPS values the health and happiness of its employees. The event saw a fantastic turnout and enthusiastic participation from all attendees.&nbsp;The day started with a briefing on labour protection and benefits to empower our staff with valuable information and reinforce our commitment to their well-being. Following the briefing, we moved on to the Wagashi workshop. Under the guidance of a professional Wagashi craftsman trained in Japan, we learned the art of shaping and decorating these traditional Japanese confections in charming jade rabbit and maple leaf styles. This fun and creative activity allowed us to express ourselves while appreciating the beauty of Japanese culture during this special festival. The day concluded with a luncheon providing a wonderful opportunity for our staff to enjoy a meal, connect, and strengthen our sense of community within our team.&nbsp;We left the event feeling rejuvenated and inspired, with a greater sense of camaraderie and well-being. Mid-Autumn Festival 2023

EDPS held a Staff Wellness Day at the Jockey Club Kitchee Centre in August 2023.&nbsp;It was an enjoyable half-day program that included a seminar for employee protection and benefits, a Pain Treatment Massage workshop, and a delicious lunch at the Kitchee Bistro that provided an opportunity for our staff to connect with our management team.The seminar was an informative session that covered various topics related to employee protection and benefits. The session was led by experts in the field who provided valuable insights into the latest trends and best practices.&nbsp; The Pain Treatment Massage workshop was led by experienced massage therapists who provided personalized instruction to each participant.&nbsp;The lunch facilitated a fantastic chance for our staff to interact with our management team, helping to build stronger relationships between them, which is crucial for the company's success.We are eagerly looking forward to the upcoming Staff Wellness Day and will continue to organize enjoyable half-day programs that our staff prefers.
